Thanks for getting in touch about our cans of Pedigree.

All of our cans are filled, sealed and then cooked to ensure the food inside is completely sterile. From our experience we know that if packaging becomes damaged or is faulty in any way this will allow air to enter and the product and it will start to decompose.
