W projekcie coś poszło nie tak - #!$%@?ła się produkcja, ktoś na prodzie puścił testowego maila do klientów, cokolwiek. Jak nazywa się działanie które jest podejmowane aby ten błąd się nie powtórzył? Myślałem, że to "lesson learned", ale internet mówi że lesson learned jest przy zakończeniu projektu
