Yesterday, Boeing let the first Boeing 787-9 see daylight when it rolled out from the hangars in Everett, Washington. The 9-model is six meters longer than the 8-edition that's currently in service, and can handle between 250 and 290 passengers.
The premiere flight for Boeing 787-9 will take place later this summer and it's first delivery is expected to mid-2014. Among the many customers we find Air New Zealand, Etihad Airways, American Airlines and British Airways.
