Queue (without a rank), leave it for 20 - 30 minutes.

Whenever a match is found for you, decline it (x in the top right near the accept button).

Your rank will appear, you can now queue again.

Queuing will take about 5 minutes, accept and you will be in a match.

I can confirm it works. It found me a game in 10 minutes, declined it, got rank, went in queue again, got game in 5 minutes and I'm in MM now.
