@Szarys-Kitchen: kiedyś robiłem krewetki w marynacie z chermoula i były dobre.
@Szarys-Kitchen: Chermoula to oryginalnie jest marynata. Naciera się nią ryby lub kurczaka przed obróbką termiczną. Jadłam ostatnio pyszny tajin z tuńczykiem natartym właśnie chermoula. Nie wiem jak to się sprawdzi w formie sosu- pierwsze słyszę o takim rozwiązaniu. Podejrzewam, że jest to jakiś sos a'la chermoula. Ogólnie bardzo polecam kuchnie Afryki Północnej, szczególnie Maroka. Często gotuję tajiny, bo to bardzo fajne jednogarnkowe danie :)
